GREEN STICKS:  INDICATES STUDENT HAS BEEN GIVEN YOUR PERMISSION TO GO TO HEALTH RM OR THAT WE HAVE SEEN THEM IN THE HEALTH ROOM AND THEY WILL BE STAYING IN CLASS FOR THE DAY.
RED STICKS: INDICATE THAT THE STUDENT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE CLASSROOM TO COLLECT THEIR BELONGINGS BECAUSE THEY ARE BEING SENT HOME FOR THE DAY.
TYLENOL:  CAN ONLY BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
  1. ONLY IF PARENTS HAVE GIVEN PERMISSION DURING REGISTRATION/EXPRESS CHECK IN
  2. HEADACHE (WITH NO OTHER SYMPTOMS)
  3. TOOTH ACHE
  4. MENSTRUAL CRAMPS
  5. MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN
  6. FEVER OVER 100 DEGREES AFTER CONTACTING PARENTS (100 DEGREE TEMPS ARE SENT HOME)

TRAINING: IF YOU HAVE A STUDENT WITH A HEALTH CONCERN YOU MAY NEED TO BE TRAINED:
  1. Complete the HEALTH TRAINING FOR STAFF on-line for Severe Allergic Reaction* by going to  http://online.dcsdk12.org/moodle/course/view.php?id=13001 The Enrollment Key = HAT2011 (case sensitive)
  2. Contact Dianne.Nugen@dcsdk12.org to let her know you've completed the on-line course and are ready for her to observe you and sign off as trained.
