Athletic Eligibility
Scholastic eligibility, as set forth by the Douglas County Middle School Athletic Guidelines, requires that any student who participates in athletics must be eligible prior to participation. You can find the full copy of our eligibility policy at this link.
All letter grades in Infinite Campus must reflect passing marks. This means an A, B, or C in all classes, including Advisory.
One letter grade of D is permissible - two or more Ds or any Is makes a student ineligible.
Students must not have a behavior incident resulting in a suspension one week prior to competition or event.
Students must not have a day of truancy one week prior to competition or event.
Students must be present for half a day of school (arrive by 11:30) in order to participate.
Participants may practice.
Each participant is expected to conduct himself/herself according to all rules and regulations of the school.
If an event is scheduled for a non-school day, the participant must be in accordance with these rules on the preceding day.
All participants must abide by the Athletic Code of Conduct and the District Code of Conduct.
