Practices are Monday-Friday from 2:55 - 4:45 pm
TRACK Practices are Monday-Thursday  -   2:55 - 4:30 pm  and  Friday  -  2:55  -  4:00
Games, Matches, and Meets start at 3:45 pm

1.  Middle School Philosophy - We are here to provide a positive and educational experience for our student/athletes. We do this by setting a good example for our kids and never losing sight of the fact that each day is an opportunity to have a positive impact on them.  We focus on teaching our student/athletes to compete in a healthy and respectful way, but not at the expense of having fun.  Each student/athlete deserves every opportunity possible to play and be successful.

2.  Attendance - Student/athletes are expected to be at all practices and games/meets.  If they are going to miss, it is an expectation that they communicate with their coaches prior to missing the practice or competition.

3.  Practices - We practice every day from 2:55 - 4:45.  Students are expected to be picked up by 5:00 pm.

4.  Equipment/Jerseys - Student/athletes will be checked out a jersey.  All jerseys should be washed in cold water, but never put in the dryer.  Always air-dry jerseys.  These jerseys should be turned back in to the coaches after their sport is finished.  If the jerseys are lost or not returned to the school, you will be responsible for paying for a replacement jersey.

5.  Game Day - All games and matches begin at 3:45 whether at home or away.  There will be a one-way bus to all competitions, so parents should either pick their student/athletes up from the competition or arrange transportation for them.  Students will be asked to get their parent or ride to sign out the student from all away competitions before leaving the competition.

6.  Eligibility - Coaches will pull eligibility once a week throughout the season.  If a student has a "U" in Work Habits, the student will be ineligible for the 1st competition of the following week.  For example, if a student was ineligible and there are 2 competitions for the following week, the student would only miss the first of the two competitions the following week.
