Supporting our teachers and staff and fundraising through fun, family events.
Our PTO is a chapter of DCEF (Douglas County Education Foundation.) Our mission is to enhance the quality of education for students attending Pioneer Elementary by raising funds to supplement educational spending where needed most, in order to benefit and support the students and staff of Pioneer Elementary.

Why Our Fundraising Matters
Funds raised by our PTO meet needs that would otherwise not be met because of the school's limited budget.  A current focus for the Pioneer PTO has been technology.  Last fall, we funded five Smartboard interactive whiteboards for Pioneer classrooms.  Watch the magic of this hands-on learning in the videos below.
