Hello! My name is Danielle Krause and this will be my second year teaching Kindergarten at Mountain View! I have experience teaching kindergarten, preschool for 2 years in a Reggio Emilia classroom, student teaching in a first grade classroom, and many different experiences teaching children from 3 weeks to 8 years old. I am thrilled to continue to be a part of the amazing and supportive community here at Mountain View.

Douglas County has been my home since 2006, after moving from Arizona. I graduated from Colorado State University. At Colorado State, I received my Early Childhood Education Teaching License with a double major in Early Childhood Education and Human Development and Family Studies. Teaching young children has always been my passion. I strive to create strong meaningful relationships with each individual child, family, and staff member and absolutely love each child’s curiosity and competency for learning.

Last year I was Ms. Grever, but as of July 21 I am now Mrs. Krause!! My new hubby, Steele, and I are currently living in Parker. I spend a lot of time dedicating myself to teaching, but in my free time I enjoy staying active in the beautiful Colorado outdoors, spending time with my husband, dog Blake, and friends, and experiencing new, exciting things. I cannot wait for this upcoming year at Mountain View!
