My name is Linda Jardinico and I have been teaching for thirty years. Of those years, twenty-five of them have been here at Cresthill. I love teaching Wellness and when I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids and my dog. I love working out, golfing, paddle boarding, hiking and just being out in the beautiful Colorado outdoors. My hope as a Wellness teacher is that my students will learn more about their social, mental/emotional and physical well being so that they realize the benefits of a healthy body and mind.
