URGENT - UPDATED CBA Regionals Itinerary 10.18.18

Itinerary for CBA Regionals at Littleton Public Stadium on the Littleton High School Campus: 199 E. Littleton Blvd., Littleton, CO 80121.

Hello Band families,

I was just notified that our two busses were cancelled for our trip to Regionals this upcoming Thursday. Unfortunately, this is a district wide issue that won't be resolved for at least the next week.

This is where we really need your help. We need to transport 59 students from DCHS to Littleton Public Schools Stadium on Thursday. Now, we will be leaving DCHS at 12:45 PM. Here is our updated schedule for the day:

11:45 Class dismissal. Load trailer. Lunch on your own. (11:30 dismissal for Mesa. Mesa parents please notify your attendance office).
12:45 Depart for LPS Stadium with parent vehicles
1:45 Arrive at LPS Stadium
3:00-3:30 Color Guard/Battery Warmup
3:30-4:00 Pit and Body Warmup
4:00-4:30 Music Warmup
4:45 Perform
5:00 Load/eat/relax
6:00 Watch remaining bands
9:15 Depart for DCHS
10:00 Arrive/unload
10:30 Parent pickup

ALL STUDENTS need to have the attached transportation consent form signed.

PARENTS WHO WILL DRIVE need to have the attached vehicle authorization form filled with a copy of your car insurance card. Please send information to Mr. Aliga as soon as possible.

Thank you all again for an awesome day Saturday, and to those who stepped up to volunteer at yesterday's game. Here's to continuing our success into Regionals!

Spectator Parking will be in the Main Stadium Lot on the West side of campus and in
surrounding side lots on campus. Spectator vehicles should enter the Main Stadium Lot from
Littleton Blvd. traveling East from Broadway. Map attached below.

Tickets
General Admission tickets for this event are: $10 for Adults, $6 for Senior Citizens, Military and
Students with ID (ages 6 - 18), Children under 5 are Free. Ticket sales are CASH only.

Have an easy dinner night after DCMI and before Regionals while raise money for the Band!  Monday, October 15th, 5:00pm - 9:00pm.  Bring or show the Chipotle Flyer on your phone.  Mention you're with the DCHS Band Boosters! 

DCHS Band and Orchestra trip to Los Angeles, March 2020!

Mark your calendars... March 2020, the DCHS Band and Orchestra programs will be going to Los Angeles, California! We will be marching through Disneyland, attend a performance of the world-renowned Los Angeles Philharmonic, bum around the beach, and experience all the sights and sounds of Hollywood, and other activities LA has to offer. If you have a King Soopers card, you can already start saving up for the trip. This trip is not mandatory, however, big trips like this are only once every 3 years. More details in the coming months.
