  IMPORTANT INFORMATION
SCHOOL SUPPLY ASSISTANCE
Any family who needs assistance with the purchase of School Supplies must complete an online form found HERE. Note the deadline for requests is August 9th. Supplies provided by The Foundation for Douglas County Schools. Parents are responsible for arranging supply pick up.

EXPRESS CHECK-IN & TEACHER ASSIGNMENTS
Beginning July 25th, teacher assignments are available through your Parent Portal account under Schedule.

Express Check-In is available and is required of ALL DCSD students at the beginning of every school year. It allows you to update contacts, health conditions and media consent, along with the payment of school fees and Transportation & Nutrition Services information. While you cannot enter Express-Check In through Parent Portal, you do use your Parent Portal account username and password to access via the this Link.


SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
Summer Office Hours begin on June 2nd  

June 2, 6, 8: 9am to 12pm

July 20, 25, 26, 27: 9am to 12pm

July 31Aug 1,2,3: 9 am to 1 pm.  Office Closed August 4th

The office will be closed June 9 through July 19th.

Supply Lists for 2017/18 school year: Supply Lists are now available! Visit the Forms & Documents page and look for the "Supply Lists" folder.

 

Back to School Night:  Thursday, August 3rd from 5:30-7:30 pm.  This will be for all students and all grades.  Meet your teacher, see the classroom and bring your school supplies.

Parents, EPR'S are located on EngageED parent portal at http://engaged.dcsdk12.org/ Use your Infinite Campus parent portal username and password to access.  Questions about your portal access may be answered on the parent portal page on our website. *2nd semester EPR's will be available on June 3rd.

OPEN ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Round 2 of Open Enrollment for the 2017/18 school year close on June 15, 2017.  This process is for families who do NOT live in the CSE boundaries or are currently open enrolled to another school.  Access via online tool at: https://www.dcsdk12.org/open-enrollment Limited spots available.  Questions may be directed to susan.snider@dcsdk12.org.
