Required Student Documents

Advisement Off Campus Walks/Runs Permission Form. This permission form is exclusively for teacher supervised off-campus walks/runs. 

Students must sign the Student Code of Conduct policy and turn it into their KT/ELT teacher. 

Students that require medications may need to complete one or more of the following forms:

8th Graders - if you are interested in participating in tackle football, girls volleyball or cross country, they all start on the 2nd day of school, August 11th.  Get your paper work submitted on line starting July 13th and get your physical forms turned into the front office.

Incoming 7th graders - if you are interested in cross country,  submit your paperwork online starting July 13th.  Remember to get your physical form and turn it in to the front office.  Cross country starts the 2nd day of school, August 11th.
