Full Steam AheadIn the middle of December, DCI closed on the financing for Delano Hall. Many thanks to Bank of America, Local Initiatives Support Corporation, The Reinvestment Fund, Building Hope and OSSE, all who are lenders on this project. Delano Hall is full steam ahead with demolition completing on the bottom floors and framing out of space already happening on the top floor. Mary Shaffner was on site Tuesday December 21 where she joined the 143 people working on the building. We look forward to 2017 and we will keep you updated on progres.
