Vision Statement

 The vision for Garfield Elementary School is to have a clear, guided, consistent focus on high quality instruction.  As a result, student performance levels will increase.


Mission Statement

 The mission of Garfield Elementary School is to educate our children by teaching, encouraging and applauding their achievements and efforts.  We will use data-drive decisions, mosaic of the arts, rigorous academic instruction and interventions to support their learning.  Our work will start them on the path towards readiness for college and a rewarding career path.
