The Carcajou Corner restaurant is named for our school mascot - the wolverine - translated into French, the language of cuisine. The restaurant is staffed entirely by the 2019 senior class Culinary Arts students who prepare your meal from scratch, cook it to order, and serve it in the fine-dining tradition. 

Join us for lunch most Thursdays and Fridays, seating from 10:45 AM to 1:00 PM

  • PLEASE CALL AHEAD (717.652.3170 x 1107) AT LEAST 1 DAY IN ADVANCE to let us know you are coming. Please leave a message and our host will call to confirm the details of your reservation.
  • Please keep in mind that DCTS closes upon threat of inclement weather, and that the restaurant may close for student testing or other academic activities. 
  • Please allow extra time for student cooks to prepare your meal. By patronizing our restaurant you are helping them learn a demanding and exacting skill.
