Ms. Diane Ireland
A Little about the Teacher:
Ms. Ireland has been teaching for over two decades in Davie County. She has taught second, fourth, and fifth grade. She has coordinated the Summer of Fun Learning Academy at WRD and Kinder Camp for almost a decade. Ms. Ireland has her Master's Degree in Educational Media and Instruction from Appalachian State University. Ms. Ireland was a Mebane Master and 2012 Kenan Fellow. Being an Army brat, Ms. Ireland went to a dozen schools as a child. She began her education in Kindergarten at WRD. She was born in Oklahoma and lived in Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama. She is a graduate from Enterprise High School, Enterprise Junior College, and Troy State University. Ms. Ireland loves teaching and has a passion for creating a positive learning environment that students can thrive.
