DragonFly Information
Starting with the Spring 2023 sports seasons, South Davie Athletics will be using the DragonFly online platform for submitting all required sports paperwork (NCHSAA pre-participation physical, Gfellar-Waller Concussion Form, DCS Acknowledgement Form, DCS Release Form and the Emergency Contact Form). Please see directions below on how to create an account and upload required information (No paper copies should be turned in to the school after using this online platform).

Prior to Tryouts
Student MUST have a current physical on file.
Physicals can not be more than a 395 days old.
1.2.8 Medical Examination: In order to be eligible for practice or participation in interscholastic athletic contests, a player must receive a medical examination once every 395 days by a physician licensed to practice medicine, nurse practitioner or physician assistant and be cleared to play.
