Ronald McDonald- Housewarmers

posted Dec 6, 2011, 8:53 AM by Caren Meerman

House Warmers are primarily responsible for ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
They are expected to interact with guest families in a warm and friendly manner and to refer guests with concerns to the appropriate staff member.

Must complete an House orientation. All Housewarmers should be able to complete the following tasks:
I am comfortable unloading and loading a dishwasher
I am comfortable handling food
I am comfortable performing light housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, moping)
I am comfortable making a bed
I am physically able to be on my feet for long periods of time
I am physically able to lift up to 10 pounds
I enjoy interacting with guests and look forward to hearing their stories
I would be willing to give guest tours and show them the House
I am comfortable folding laundry and would be willing to do multiple loads
I am willing to restock a pantry and clean out a refrigerator
I am willing to help with whatever house cleaning/organizing task that is asked of me
We need volunteers who are free at these times
