Dear Fourth Grader,

Welcome to fourth grade! I hope you had a wonderful summer. My name is Mr. O’Neill and I am looking forward to spending this exciting year with you! I have heard such great things about you and I know that with your continued hard work, determination, and positive attitudes, we are going to have an amazing year together. 

For our first day, I ask you to bring in a book or two from home to enjoy. I am so excited to meet and get to know you all!
