FINANCIAL SUPPORT GUIDELINES
OF THE DANVILLE PARENT TEACHER GROUP
Adopted September 1, 2010
The following guidelines will be used to determine those activities to receive financial support for the PTG.
1. APPLICATION FOR SUPPORT
A. All requests will be submitted to the President or Treasurer.
B. The Committee will consider and vote on the request at its next meeting, and report
back to the applicant immediately.
C. All requests should be turned in by the May meeting
A. Regular programs we support will be funded ahead of special programs.
B. In reviewing requests for special program support, guidelines to be considered by the
1. Educational needs which benefit a significant number of students will receive priority.
2. Needs which could not otherwise be met by other organizations, groups and individuals will receive priority.
C. Requestor may only use PTG funds for the purpose stated on this request form.
D. All unused funds must be returned to PTG within 30 days of the activity date.
3. PROGRAM REVIEW
All programs sponsored by the Danville PTG will be reviewed annually.
