WIA Workforce Investment Act

 The Workforce Investment Act, also known as WIA, is a federal funded program that offers hand on vocational training to eligible out of school youths between the ages of 18 - 21.  There is no cost to the accepted WIA candidate. All tuitions, supplies and books are paid for through the WIA grant.  The only thing one needs to provide is honesty, respect, and commitment.                                            
 
 
 
 
 
 
         
    

To apply for the WIA program, set up an appointment with the program coordinator to discuss your interests and career goals. Explore training opportunities that align with your interests.  Fill out an application, provide all appropriate documentation, and await approval. It's that simple !

Basic Medical Billing and Coding
Certified Nurses Aide
Phlebotomy Technician
Office Assistant
Security Officer
Central Processing Sterile Technician
