Building Reservations



Danbury Public Schools has implemented a new web based program, FSDirect from SchoolDude, for submitting, processing and approving requests for use of our school facilities.  Two types of requests can be generated.

Type 1: General Public/Non-School Group requests:

Please read the informational notes below before entering your request.  This will result in less confusion and avoid any delay in the processing of your request. 

To enter a request  for use of a DPS facility, please complete the following:

  • #1 - Go to the "Community Calendar" link from the list on right side of this page. 
  • #2 - Click on "Login to Request Facility Use" link found in upper right corner of calendar page.
  • #3 - Need a login to register as a Community User?  Click on the "Create one" link to begin the registration process. 
For detailed instructions on how to register to use the Community Calendar, access the "Registration Manual for Outside Organizations" from the list on the right side of this page. 

If you already have a login, enter your information to submit your facility use requests. If you need detailed instructions on how to Submit a Facility Use Request, access the "Facility Use Request Manual" from the list on the right.  

Type 2: In-house/School Groups requests:

This will provide you with step by step instructions on how to submit an electronic building reservation.
