Danbury Career Achievement Program (DCAP)
The Danbury Career Achievement Program, also know as DCAP is a federal funded program that offers hands on vocational training and educational opportunities to eligible out of school youth between the ages of 17 - 24. There is no cost to the accepted DCAP candidate. All tuitions, supplies and books are paid for through WIOA (Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act) federal funding. Each student is expected to make a commitment to program which include required workshops & study hours in our student center. Support services to ensure student success include tutoring, mentoring, career planning and more. We offer paid internships, field trips, workshops and job shadows. 

To apply for the DCAP Out of School Youth Program, set up an appointment with the Program Coordinator to discuss you interests and career goals.
