Lincoln Receives Academic Excellence Award

Lincoln Middle School has earned the Academic Excellence Award—2010 Honor Roll from the Illinois State Board of Education.
To earn this award Lincoln met the following criteria:
· Schools must have made Adequate Yearly Progress in 2009 and 2010 as required by No Child Left Behind.
· In schools serving grades 8 and below, 90 percent of students must have met or exceeded state standards in both reading and mathematics for the three most recent school years;
