To access the Student Tracking Database:
Go to https://swiper.niles219.org/.
Click Log in and enter the room log-in and password.
The room number will appear in the drop down box.
Click Submit
The room number/area will appear at the top. The day’s correct bell schedule will automatically be assigned.
Swipe the student’s ID card. If the student has no card, or the reader is unable to record the numbers, use the keyboard to enter the student’s ID number.
After swiping a student, a new record will automatically be created and ready for the next swipe.
The cursor must be blinking in the Swipe a student box to enter students.
Verify the following information:
Student’s picture matches the student
Student’s schedule allows access into the swipe area.
Student is not locked out of any other area. Lockout will display a yellow border with LOCKOUT-Send to Attendance Office. If the student is in the wrong area, a neon green border will appear with WRONG LOCATION. Those students must be sent to the correct room.
An “x” will appear by each student once they swipe in. DO NOT delete unless they are sent down to the attendance office or are in the wrong area.
