Family Access: Using the Individual Learning Plan (ILP)

The District 219 Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is located in Campus Parent

Log in using your Campus Parent username and password
Click More at the bottom of the Menu on the left of the screen to access additional menu choices.
Select Parent Forms and Resources.
A new page will open with many links, including Student Reports (including grade reports reports, student test scores and awards and goals/iCare Information). Click on Student Reports.

There are five areas of student information for parents and students to access by selecting the specific buttons on the top of the screen.

Scores/Awards: The scores for all standardized tests taken by the student, including Fitness Scores, PLAN, EXPLORE, IACT, PSAE, DRP, Learning Styles Inventory, LEP Scores, AP Testing, ACT and SAT, along with awards the student has received will display.

Goals/I CARE: This area will primarily be maintained by the students and their parents. The student’s goals and extra-curricular plans can be updated by selecting one of the links on the bottom of the screen.

To update the goals, select Update Your Goals. Click on the drop down menu for the specific goal and make a selection.
When all the goals have been selected, click SUBMIT.
The same process would be followed for Updating the Extra Curricular Plans.
The ICARE (Individuals who are Committed to Altruistic and Remarkable Endeavors) area will track student hours of volunteer work. Click on Submit an ICARE form to enter all the required information to receive volunteer credit.

Grades/Activities contains all of the student’s grades throughout their career at District 219, along with their current GPA and class rank and activities.

Four-Year Plan will display the student’s four year plan, along with their summer school plans.

Student Reports contains Progress Reports and Report cards.
