Chess Club meets Mondays and Thursdays after school from 2:00 - 4:30 on Zoom. Zoom Link
North Suburban Chess League
We will play against area schools on Fridays this year. Expect to play from 3:30-6:30 PM for single matches, and 3:30 to 9:30 for doubles. The dates for 2020/2021 are:

10-16 vs. Lakes (Black) & Round Lake (White)
10-23 vs. (White) Evanston & (Black) Stevenson
10-30 vs. (Black) Niles North & (White) Highland Park

11-7 - Evanston Team Tournament - ETHS
11-13- (Black) New Trier & (White) Maine South
11-20 - BYE
12- 4 vs. (White) North Ridge Prep

1-23 NSCL League Tournament @ TBD
1-30 Sectionals @ TBD
2-12 & 2-13 - IHSA State Tournament @ Peoria IL (leave 6th period Thursday and return late on Saturday)
TBD US Chess National H.S. Championship in Schaumburg.
Chess Tournaments
We will play tournaments against many schools. These last pretty much all day, as we will play around 4 rounds. Plan to be to school by 7:30 am unless otherwise noted and return around 6:00pm.
