One option is to answer this question: Does the novel promote or condemn Lord Henry's "New Hedonism"? (We find the term on p.24, but read pp. 20-24 or so to get a general idea of the principles Lord Henry proposes.) If you say no, you should look for problems with his philosophy. You could also look for bad things that happen as a result of living as a hedonist. Helpful words and phrases: values; philosophy; way of life; aesthetic; self-indulgence; self-gratification; luxury; extravagance; pleasure.
Another option is to suggest a theme of the story. What does the novel teach us? Here's a suggestion: Oscar Wilde's story warns us that it's easy (but dangerous) to mistake surface for reality.
Another option: The novel supports Lord Henry's claim that all influence is immoral.
