Phone Sync - Google Apps Password Reset

If you want to sync your phone with your Google Apps account, please contact your school's helpdesk (North - x2200, West - x2720).  When you contact the helpdesk, they will be able to reset your password and walk you through the setup instructions to sync your phone.

Please Note: - this password will ONLY be used to sync your mobile device (reseting this password does not affect your network password)

If you have already reset your password with the helpdesk and your mobile device just needs to be synced again, then follow this guide and/or this guide to set-up google apps on your mobile device to include mail, calendar, and contacts.

NOTE: If your google password has been reset and you still cannot sync your mobile device, it is possible that you may have inadvertently locked your google password.  You will need to wait about 24 hours for the password to unlock.  After the 24 hours, try your new password 1 time and if it still doesn't work, please contact your help desk.
