Response to Intervention (RtI) is how schools organize learning environments and support services so that they are most effective, frequently evaluated and useful for all members of the school community.  An effective RtI school has a strong Multi Tiered System of Support (MTSS).  This website defines the systems of support (MTSS) at Wheeling High School.
