Hilltop Music

What do we do in the music classroom?

If you were to come to music class at Hilltop, then you would find us singing, playing instruments, writing rhythms, reading and listening to music.

We learn about the elements of music including melody, rhythm and form. To learn these elements we read rhythms and sing solfege and create our own musical pieces. A lot of the learning in the music classroom takes place through singing songs, instrument playing and fun musical games.
