2012 Cross Country Season:  Finished 44th at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship with time of 24:25…finished 113th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a season-best time of 24:11.60
2013 Track Season: Finished 13th in the 1,500-meter run (4:54.37) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 18th in the 3,000-meter run (11:04.00) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship

2012-13 Track Season:
Indoor: ran the 1600 & DMR. Grand valley state big meet broke 5min in a full mile (1609) for the first time:4:58.58 13th/51. 9th on the siu all time best list in the mile. Earned all conference in the distance medley relay 3rd place (ran the 1600 leg, split 4:55). 

Outdoor: ran the 800 (PR 2:19) 1500, 4x1600, 5k. School record holder in the 4x1600 relay set at drake relays (20:06.75). Finished 8th in the 1500 at conference 4:35.8 PR (earned my first point for the team!). 10th on the siu all time best list in the 1500. Ran my first ever 5k on a track and ran a 17:32.81 (PR) and got 8th.

Current major: Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy, Nutrition minor
Future career: I plan to graduate in December (a semester early) and hopefully go onto grad school to get my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. It is a three year/four quarter program. I have my eyes on University of Illinois-Chicago, Midwestern University, and Finch University (all in the Chicago area!) I would love to someday work as a physical therapist solely with athletes. During grad school (if I'm not overwhelmed), I would love to help out with a high school cross country/track program.
