-Attention all students that need to condition for this year's Spring Sports, next year's fall and winter sports, you are to report to the weight room after school on Tuesday's and Thursday's to begin your workout program. Bring and change into Gym clothes immediately after school in the locker rooms and report to the weight room. See Mrs. McCleester if after school hours is not working for your schedule. We can modify the conditioning/weightlifting hours.
