Let's talk about Screen Time

Did you know the average child spends 7 hours/day looking at screens (video games, cell phone, computer, TV)?

Too much screen time can:
  •     make it hard to sleep at night
  •     raise risk of attention problems, anxiety and depression
  •     increases risk of obesity
