Daily P.E. Workouts

As you know, you should be active for 60 minutes every day. You don't have to do all 60 minutes of activity at one time. You can spread the 60 minutes throughout the day. The following are our suggestions for your activities. As you do any of these activities, keep track of the time. If your activity doesn't last for 60 minutes, make sure you try to do another activity to meet your 60 minutes of activity time.
