Trent Gribble & Melonie Turner (People's Choice Award)

Melonie Turner is a native of McMinnville and has enjoyed dancing as a hobby most of her adult life. She is a 33 year veteran of Ben Lomand Connect (formerly know as Ben Lomand Telephone Cooperative) where she serves as the Customer Service Supervisor. Along with her love of dancing, Melonie is involved in Boy Scouting through Troop 309 and has attained the highest adult training, WoodBadge designation. Melonie is a graduate of Leadership McMinnville and is a member of the Church of Christ. She is also a graduate candidate for a bachelor of arts in Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University. She’s the mother of four grown children, Justin, Drew, Brook and Brad.

Trent Gribble, owner of West and Gribble Builders, has been building homes and commercial buildings for twenty-three years.  In addition to building projects, he also does dirt excavating.  He was the recipient of the Jaycee Young Businessman of the Year Award in 1999.  A member of the Warren County Home Builders Association, he has served as president for six different years. He served two years in the US Army.  He has two sons, Aaron, who is twenty- one, and Jordan, who is seventeen. They live on the river, and he enjoys doing anything outdoors. His interest in dancing began when he was asked to participate in this event.
