The Richards Group Employee Benefits division http://www.therichardsgrp.com/benefits.html is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to learn the Consulting business in Vermont working with employers of all sizes in the area of benefits and compensation. This individual will be exposed to financial projection work, financial modeling, and personnel benefit design and budgeting. Working with an assigned Account Executive(s), this Account Manager position will help to support a book of business in a team environment. Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point experience is required and the desire to travel within Vermont and work flexible hours will be necessary.
