Medication

Medications: Children who have medication that may need to be administered at Kids Klub needs to be turned in with either the Assistant Supervisor or the Supervisor. We will also need the applicable medication forms on file. We do not have access to any medication left in the nurse’s office, so it is important that you give Kids Klub a supply. Medications must be current, as we cannot administer an expired medication.
