The mission of the A&M Consolidated Sports Medicine program is to provide quality health-care to the athletes of A&M Consolidated High School as well as laying a foundation of sports medicine education for student athletic aides interested in a career in athletic training or other sports medicine fields.   

Staff athletic trainers work closely with team physicians, other physicians in the community, coaches, and parents to ensure the health-care needs of injured student athletes are being met. Staff Athletic Trainers help facilitate a quick, safe return to play of our student athletes. Your child's health and well-being are of utmost importance and our staff uses a comprehensive approach when dealing with injuries. 

At A&M Consolidated High School the 2015-2016 Sports Medicine Team consist of 2 full-time staff athletic trainers, 7 team physicians, and 11 student athletic trainers. There are two Athletic Training Facilities located on campus.  One Athletic Training Room is located inside the Field House at Tigerland Stadium, and the other is located inside the high school near the gyms.
