Łukasz Jeż [ˈwukaʃ jɛʃ]/[u̯ukaš i ̯eš] (IPA/AS)

I am an assistant professor at University of Wrocław, from which I received my Phd in 2011.

After graduation, I was a postdoc at

• • the Czech Academy of Sciences with Jiri Sgall,

  • the Swiss AI Lab IDSIA with Monaldo Mastrolilli,

  • La Sapienza University of Rome with Stefano Leonardi,

  • the Tel Aviv University with Yossi Azar and Amos Fiat,

• the Eindhoven University of Technology with Nikhil Bansal.

In 2017, I was an invited speaker at TTCS

In 2018, I served on the Program Committee of WAOA (which I also did 5 years before).

I am broadly interested in algorithms and combinatorial optimization but almost all of my research is on online algorithms.
