We collect information from you when you approve our app on Facebook, register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. Crowdly does not require that you register in order to view the application, access the website, or view submitted ideas or User comments. Registration is required to use certain interactive features such as posting comments, participating in the blog forums, and in order to submit ideas and participate in competitions.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or mailing address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.


What do we use your information for?

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into the Crowdly.com website and viewing their account settings.


Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance


We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Personal information, or comments that you voluntarily disclose within the mobile Application or on the Website, for example on idea comment pages, or on the blog forums, becomes publicly available. Your account name is displayed to other Users when you send and/or post messages using the Application or through the Website. Please note that any comment or other content you post or send to the Website becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.

We may choose to feature customer submitted ideas or comments which will contain customer's user name.
