Martial Arts Cardio Workout
We offer evidence based calisthenic workout combined with a kickboxing workout. It's 35 to 55 minutes of an intense workout. We workout on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays starting at 6:10 AM and wrap it up around 6:45 AM. We currently meet at San Lorenzo Valley Martial Arts.
