Lauri is our Store Manager. She manages the day-to-day operations in the store and the office. Along with her assistants on the Customer Service Staff, she'll help answer your questions about scheduling, product sales, services, and our gift store. She helps coordinate our service and installations with our Service Department Manager, and her husband, Sean.
Karen Wemple-Estes
Karen is Jerry and Janet's second daughter. She also started working in the store when she was a young teenager, just like her older sister Lauri. Like all our CSR's she is very helpful in the store, and over the phone, whenever one of our customers needs assistance. She also knows a lot about stoves and fireplaces.
Karen has three boys that all go to school, so she keeps busy raising the boys before and after school but spends some time each week in the store helping out.
