Our goal is to provide:  
  • A safe and healthy environment for our horses
  • Services to the owners in order to maintain a high standard of care 
  • Proper teaching and coaching to our students so they may achieve their individual level of success
In order to maintain the success of the equestrian center, including the health and well being of our horses and the safety of our riders, we must enforce rules which are to be RESPECTED BY ALL clients, boarders, students and visitors of Country Haven Stables.

These rules are as follows:
  • Absolutely NO SMOKING.
  • NO JUMPING outside of a lesson under any circumstances.
  • Jumps are NOT TO BE MOVED out of place.
  • HELMETS and proper foot wear are mandatory for ALL riders.
  • RELEASE FORMS signed by all riders and friends riding boarder's horses.
  • Boarders are responsible for their friends' actions and are required to sign a Release Form if riding.
  • Park in PARKING LOT. Please do not park in front of barn. Please do not drive around the yard and past the residence. Park only where designated.
  • Turn lights off when exiting barn.
  • Arena lights are on a timer and will shut off at 9:00pm.
  • Hours: 9:00am - 9:00pm.
  • Keep doors closed in the winter months.
  • Dogs allowed only on a leash.
  • Riding lessons have priority in the arena. No lunging, riding or obviously turnout during lessons!
  • All services are paid for IN ADVANCE monthly, including lessons.
  • Please pick up your horse's manure in the arenas and in the isle.
  • Use only your own tack.
  • Handle only your own horse. Do not feed, touch or handle other people's property (horse).
  • Annual vaccinations and quarterly wormer will be administered and billed to owner.
  • Paddock boarders are not allowed to leave their horses standing in the aisle to dry. This blocks the aisle and is messy! Should a horse need to stay in to dry a fee of $25.00 will be charged to the owner to blanket, turnout and clean up after.
  • blow dryers are not permitted
  • The loft is available for your convenience. Please do not make a mess for someone else to clean up.
  • Do not stand or hang on gates.
  • Do not open or close any overhead doors.
  • Respect other people.
  • Please do not feed your horse extra hay.  The hay is not yours to take.
If any person participating at the stable cannot RESPECT these rules they will be asked to find another stable that is more suitable to them. These rules are in effect for the safety of horse and rider and due to insurance purposes MUST be ENFORCED.
