Staff Password Change Options
There are 2 ways to change your password. Either way will change your network password, which is used for Google Apps (including email), Office 365, Adobe SchoolDude and other services. By changing it in one of the below mentioned methods, your password will be changed in all of the above mentioned places.
On A District Computer:
If you are already logged into a district pc, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and select Change Password. Enter your "old" (current) password and then your new one twice.
If you are not logged into a district pc, log in then press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and select Change Password. Enter your "old" (current) password and then your new one twice.
If someone else is logged into a district pc, with their permission, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and select Change Password. Make sure you change the username to yours before you enter your "old" (current) password and then your new one twice.
In IIQ (Incident IQ):
Enter your entire email address and click Search.
Select how to reset your password by selecting one of the following:
Send a password recovery link to your email
Send a text message with a recovery link to an associated phone number.
Answer a previously recorded password recovery question
Click Request Password Recovery
Check email for "noreply" email with Incident IQ Password Reset Instructions, or your phone for a text with further directions.
Select the link to "Initiate password reset".
Note: Once the reset completes, you will receive an email. A reset normally takes about 5-10 minutes to process through the core systems, and might take up to four hours to propagate to dependent systems.
