Locomotor Movements

Locomotor Movements are the basic movements that create the ability to move in more complex ways.  Learning these skills is very important in the development for further success in physical activities.
 
The movements are;
 Hop
Jump
Leap
Skip
Gallop

 

Motivational Methods

-Discuss the importance of the ability to move in different ways

-If practice movements, strength and agility will increase.

-Give positive reinforcement and praise for good work.

-Use students' ability to increase teacher effectiveness.
