THE DIGI AWARDS e-LEARNING EXPERIENCE
strengthening e-Learning capability

The Pegasus Digi Awards is a student e-Learning competition and awards evening, proudly sponsored by Jennian Homes.

The awards aim to strengthen e-Learning capability of teachers and students and share their success with the community.

2013 is the inaugural awards and open to 11 schools in the Eastern Suburbs:

Avondale
Aranui
Burwood
Central New Brighton
Freeville
New Brighton Catholic
North New Brighton
Parkview
South New Brighton
St James
Wainoni 

It is hoped that the  2014 awards will be open to the schools in the Christchurch Region.

Entries have been submitted for Digital Photo, Photo Essay, Short Movie, Book Trailer and Celebrating our Community.

THE PEGASUS PROJECT
Mobile device learning

Greater Christchurch Schools Network (GCSN) initiated the Pegasus Project secured these devices to support students whose learning had been greatly impacted by the quakes. Funding from CEAT was organised GCSN purchased, delivered and facilitated the professional development for these schools.

The schools have been supported by GCSN and CORE Education.

We would like to acknowledge and thank the Inspire Net Manawatu Digi Awards who have helped with the set-up of the Pegasus inaugural awards.
