Cooley Law School was founded in Lansing, in the heart of Michigan's government center. The Lansing campus is steps from the State Capitol Building, the Michigan Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, local courts, and the state's administrative offices.
The Lansing campus community works and studies in the heart of downtown Lansing, with great neighborhoods with affordable housing nearby, a reasonable cost of living, and a diverse population. Lansing's extracurricular activities offer a wide range of opportunities for students to join together for service, culture, and sports.
Cooley has been instrumental in the rejuvenation of downtown Lansing. The three Lansing buildings—the 220,000 sq. ft. classroom building, 60,000 sq. ft. library, and 40,000 sq. ft conference center, have been completely renovated. Lansing campus allows all students to learn in state-of-the-art wireless classrooms, to practice in court facilities, and to study in the spacious Brennan Library.
Sports and Entertainment Law Society is always looking for new members and ideas.
