The mission of the Western Michigan University Cooley Law Journal is threefold: to publish articles that supply insight into practical legal issues, to provide the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School students with the opportunity to gain experience in legal research and writing, and to enhance the academic standards of the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School within the legal community.
