Each day students will enter class and participate in an instant activity that will work towards developing your student in the following areas: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, and Flexibility

Our goal over the course of the quarter is for students to progress in their personal fitness and begin to learn skills for maintaining this level of fitness.

      We offer a variety of activities here at SMS ranging from team sports to backyard games,as well as cooperative, lifelong, outdoor and adventure activities. Our goal as a program is to provide opportunities for students to learn, be successful, and experience enjoyment in varied activities. In addition to this, we aim for all students to demonstrate and understand the importance of and to participate in lifelong activity.
