Before I came to Conserve School, I attended Northland Pines High School in Eagle River, Wisconsin. I grew up in a Chicago suburb and moved to Eagle River when I was ten. I enjoy science and science fiction and read a lot in both areas. I also enjoy computer games and play racketball. I have been a Cub Scout and Boy Scout for many years and enjoy spending time outdoors. I am very interested in animal behavior and in wildlife.
Why I Came to Conserve
I decided to attend Conserve School because I enjoy outdoor activities and I am interested in studying wildlife biology in depth. My school doesn't have many courses in environmental science or wildlife studies, and Conserve School was a great opportunity for me to focus on environmental studies.
My Goals for My Time at Conserve
One goal I have for my time at Conserve School is to be actively involved in science classes and in extracurricular activities related to wildlife studies. I would like to learn as much as possible while I am here about wildlife biology. I am particularly interested in getting involved in the monarch butterfly research at Conserve School. I would also like to learn more about career and college options related to wildlife biology.
