Registration Returning Students
All of these instructions can be found in a PDF at the bottom of this page.
You have 2 options for registering your students for next year. School pictures will be taken after school starts, not during registration.

1. Come to Registration in the school gym: August 6th or 7th any time between 9am -1pm.  Bring the printed and completed documents found in the sidebar on the right side of this page. 

OR 

2. Print the documents found on the right sidebar and return them to the school by June 17. You may send them to school with your student before school ends or mail them. If we do not receive documents and fees or there are missing documents, signatures or fees you will receive a letter listing the missing items. You will need to bring those items to the August Registration listed above.

Required for Registration 
All grades please print the following documents and follow instructions: 

1. Student Profile –Make any corrections, complete the Medical and Parent Permissions sections and sign both pages
You will receive this document in an email. 
2. Signature Policy Page - Parent sign - Print from the sidebar
All families should review the Student Handbook with their student(s) prior to signing the Policy Signature page.  Each student needs to have this document on file as part of their registration documents.
3. Internet Use Form (1st -12th) – Parent and student sign Print from the sidebar

7th Grade – Updated immunization record. 
An immunization letter was emailed to this year’s 6th grade parents. Call the office at 855-2802 if you have questions. 

Fees 
Choices for paying fees: 
1. Online: You may choose to pay fees online this summer. You will receive an email when this option is available. 
2. Send fee payment with your student to school along with the fees form or mail it, check or cash only. 
3. Come to August Registration to pay fees by check or cash only.
