• request to not send a printed copy of invoice with your check

• monthly PM program is billed bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual to reduce paper on your end (checks, envelopes, copies of invoices...)

• compusult uses online bill payer service - no envelopes & many companies get paid electronically from the bank

• opt-in to paperless billing from vendors, banks and credit card companies

• save e-documents like credit card bills or bank statements electronically - never print them - use dual monitors to reconcile to quickbooks, again, no need to print
